The Tour
Mark and Michael, our experienced Supercar lead drivers will guide you on this 3-day, 2-night trip. This Wales Supercar Tour will be an exhilarating and picturesque adventure! Exploring the stunning landscapes of Wales, including historic castles in Snowdonia National Park and reservoirs of Elan Valley. Immerse yourselves in Welsh culture, cuisine, and traditions. Staying in carefully selected luxury picturesque locations for an overnight stay to enhance the overall experience with 20 fellow members which will undoubtedly create friendships and memorable experiences.
The Driving
Snowdonia:
The roads through Snowdonia wind through breathtaking landscapes of rugged mountains, lush valleys, and picturesque lakes. Catch glimpses of Mount Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales, as you navigate through this national park.
Elan Valley:
Elan Valley is known for its series of reservoirs and dams, providing a unique and serene backdrop. Drive along the winding roads that hug the shores of the reservoirs, offering captivating reflections and panoramic views.
Lake Bala:
The drive around Lake Bala provides picturesque views of the largest natural lake in Wales. The lake is surrounded by hills and mountains, creating a scenic setting for our tour as we explore the charming villages along the lake's edge
Many car reviewers have used these incredible driving roads for filming over the years including the Evo Triangle, the back drop to the photos of your cars will be second to none on this tour. We will stop at a special venues for a long leisurely lunches so can spend time chatting to like minded supercar owners about your experience driving Wales.

Within the booking form there is also an option to stay at our pre-hotel the night before where we enjoy a group dinner to get to know your fellow companions before we depart on Friday morning.

In 2024, we've curated a package featuring two incredible hotels, offering a delightful spa experience. As part of your tour package, you'll receive digital turn-by-turn navigation routes, supplemented by printed maps for each day—an excellent fallback for added convenience. To enhance your experience, two lead cars will guide the groups, ensuring everyone stays together and maximizes enjoyment throughout the event. DAY 1: Kidderminster-Brecon |
|
We start the event from our optional 4-Star pre-hotel in Kidderminster, here we cover the routes, safety briefing and split into two groups. Once departed we head North West into the Shropshire Hills before heading South down through the amazing Welsh border roads leading to the infamous Brecon Beacons. This is where we'll start to get a feel for the Mountain views to come. Heading back down the Pass we will have a fantastic drive onwards to our 4 Star Spa Hotel. Here, we'll enjoy an evening meal in their fine restaurant. A great place to relax and get ready for tomorrows adventure through the twisty Welsh roads.

DAY 2: Brecon - Snowdonia |
|
After a lovely breakfast and maybe a swim we'll head North to Lake Bala for coffee and cakes before heading towards the amazing peaks of Devils Kitchen, Glyder Fawr and Tryfan and of coarse the Snowdon peak as we drive though the range.We'll have one more coffee & cake Stop along the route for few more stunning photo opportunities before heading to our second Luxury 4 Star Spa Hotel where we will enjoy an evening meal discussing the amazing roads we have accomplished today.

DAY 3: Snowdonia |
|
After departing our hotel we follow our planned route for our final day and hopefully everyone is ready to tackle some of the best roads in Snowdonia before heading for the famous Evo Triangle, these roads are considered an excellent test of car and driver, and the route has become very popular among driving enthusiasts, and one of the most talked about routes in the UK. After we stop a final time for a Coffee stop to say our goodbyes and head home with memories to look back on.

THE REQUIREMENTS
TO DRIVE WITH ALTITUDE DRIVERS CLUB
We accept most Supercars and Sports Cars on our tours, but some exclusions apply. For more information, speak to one of our team.
Please note that the deposit is fully refundable in the event of further COVID-19 government restrictions preventing us from travel to this area.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be able to join our trips and need to provide a copy of their drivers license to us at least 2 weeks before we set off. Each driver will be asked to sign an indemnity form also.
As part of the experience, we will share with you a Google map route link with turn by turn instructions along with a printed map on the day showing post code waypoints and stops. Although radios are not necessary for our day tours for longer trips they are essential so we do encourage participants to purchase a Mitex General professional handset to allow our lead tour drivers to communicate with each vehicle along the way.
We do insist on sensible driving but encourage this at a swift pace. Due to the nature of our tours as a group of dedicated drivers wanting the ultimate driving experience, we do not condone dangerous driving and drivers may be asked to leave the group if we find reckless behaviour that creates danger for other tour participants and road users.
We reserve the right to change any part of the route or hotel choices if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund monies paid if circumstances stop us carrying out the tour.
Altitude Drivers Club are social driving adventures organiser and NOT- guided tours, races, rallies, time trials or competitive events organiser in any way.
