Join us in your Supercar on this luxury tour of a lifetime and take in the magnificent views and mountain air, discover the breath-taking quiet Pyrenees & Picos Mountain roads.
Join Mark and Michael, our experienced Supercar lead drivers, along with 12 fellow Supercar owners on this 10-day, 9-night trip for a tour dedicated to some of the most covetable driving roads in the Pyrenees Mountain ranges. The tour consists of mini cruise onboard the ship Port Aven with luxury cabins for both the outward & return journey, evening meals & breakfasts in the A La Carte restaurant are included. We believe this is the best way to transport both you and your car to Pyrenees and keeps the miles low for the enjoyable mountain roads to follow. You'll have 1 night each way onboard "Port Aven" and 7 nights in finest hotels on this tour enjoying the local food and wine from the Basque Mediterranean regions which is included in the tour. Having spent 25 years driving and riding these roads on both the French & Spanish side of the Pyrenees, the quality of the tarmac and perfect corners is the best I've found anywhere in Europe but what really makes it fantastic is the lack of traffic. The EU paid for the refurbishment of these roads and when the main trunk road was built it meant very little traffic use these mountain roads which is great for us Supercar owners looking for the ultimate driving experience.
The Driving
The tour will comprise of approx 1300 miles in total and expected to be a mixture of couples and single participants, we will be driving on typically twisty A and B mountain roads which will be both, focused and exhilarating, it will challenge both you and your car but in doing so you will feel far more in tune with your car's capabilities. I remember three years ago stopping to give my arms a rest from turning through so many hairpins on tarmac to perfect to describe. The days will be typically 5-6 hours driving time with a leisurely stop for lunch and fuel. You will enjoy beautiful 4 & 5 star hotels, great dining, and lots of entertainment with like-minded Supercar owners.
What's Included
This adventure starts with an overnight luxury mini cruise transporting you and your car in luxury large cabins with sea view portholes and include dinner & breakfast in the A La Carte restraunt, this will be included in both the journey to Santander and the return to Plymouth. Our handpicked luxury hotels will be typically 4 & 5 stars and will include breakfast and evening meals with a wine allocation whilst dining in the hotels. On two of the evenings we will provide a tour so you can enjoy the local produce in the famous Tapas bars in the various regions we will visit. Mike and Mark will always be on hand to make sure you enjoy your adventure or we can recommend some great places to visit in this amazing places we will visit. Regarding the route, you will always know exactly where you are travelling, we will provide you with digital turn by turn navigation maps as well as printed maps for each day of the tour, both these types of mapping are a good fall back if you loose touch with the group or want to go at your own pace.

DAY 1: Plymouth - Santander |
"Meeting at the Maritime Docks of "PLYMOUTH" at around 2pm, upon loading the cars we are shown our cabins on the mini cruise ship "PORT AVEN" which we will be taking to the famous bank city of "SANTANDER" Included onbaord is dinner in the elegant à la carte restaurant, "Le Flora" which is situated at the aft of the ship where you can watch the sea slide by as well as observe our chefs in action in the open kitchen followed by live entertainment in the "Grand La Pavois" lounge bar. There is also Whale and Dolphin watching organised by ORCA on the upper deck.

DAY 4: boltana - Andorra |
In the morning after enjoying a fine breakfast we head off for the city of Pamplona which is the capital of Navarre province in northern Spain. It’s best known for the Running of the Bulls (Feast of San Fermín) in July. During this legendary multiday festival, bulls are led through the city streets by daredevil runners. A major stop along the Camino de Santiago, a medieval-era pilgrimage route, Pamplona is also home to Gothic-style churches including fortresslike San Nicolás.

After breakfast in the hotel, today is designed as a free day where you can either go off and enjoy this amazing city or take another ADC driving route lead by Mark. We felt it would be a shame for you not to experience a full day and 2 nights in one of the best hotels in Barcelona. We can recommend some great places to visit and you may like to split into different groups so individual tastes can be addressed.

DAY 7: Barcelona - boltana |
So after all the partying its back to driving those wonderful Supercars again, today we head off for Boltaña which is a municipality located in the province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. According to the 2004 census, the municipality has a population of 870 inhabitants. Boltaña is the economic development capital of the Sobrarbe comarca.
This evening we stop in our luxury secret hotel where will enjoy a relaxed evening meal and catch up on what everyone has experienced so far.

THE REQUIREMENTS
TO DRIVE WITH ALTITUDE DRIVERS CLUB
We accept many Supercars and Sports Cars on our tours, but some exclusions apply see our qualifying car list in the navigation bar above.. For more information, speak to one of our team.
We only require a £1400 deposit to reserve your booking and the balance isn't due until 8 weeks prior to departure. The balance can be split into monthly payments with final payment 8 weeks before the tour if you'd prefer to pay for your Supercar road trip that way. Please note that the deposit is fully refundable in the event of further COVID-19 government restrictions preventing us from travel to this area.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be able to join our trips and need to provide a copy of their drivers license to us at least 2 weeks before we set off. Each driver will be asked to sign an indemnity form also.
As part of the experience, we will share with you a Google map route link with turn by turn instructions along with a printed map on the day showing post code waypoints and stops. Participants will be asked to purchase a Mitex General professional handset or one of our compatible radios to allow our lead tour drivers to communicate with each vehicle along the way. We do insist on sensible driving but encourage this at a swift pace. Due to the nature of our tours as a group of dedicated drivers wanting the ultimate driving experience, we do not condone dangerous driving and drivers may be asked to leave the group if we find reckless behaviour that creates danger for other tour participants and road users.
We reserve the right to change any part of the route or hotel choices if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund monies paid if circumstances stop us carrying out the tour.
Altitude Drivers Club are social driving adventures organiser and NOT- guided tours, races, rallies, time trials or competitive events organiser in any way.
