The Tour
Join Mark and Michael, our experienced Supercar lead drivers, along with 20 fellow Supercars on this 3 day, 2 night adventure, enjoy a dedicated tour covering some of the most covetable driving roads in the Forest of Bowland, Yorkshire Dales, North Pennines & Northumberland National Park. With fabulous luxury country house and castle hotels this tour is set to be the best final tour of the season. If you like the best quiet driving roads with the sophistication of beautiful hotels and leisurely lunch stops this one is designed for you. All our tours are led in our personally owned supercars to enable equal pace across the group.
The Driving Route
These amazing roads are on Mark's doorstep where he has spent many years driving these unbelievable routes. Many car reviewers have used these incredible driving roads for filming over the years. We will be driving the road that saw Paddy McGuiness crash the Diablo on Top Gear as well as the hotel that saw the end for Jeremy Clarkson's Top Gear appointment. This tour will start at our optional country house pre-hotel on the edge of The Forest of Bowland, from here we will route through the Yorkshire Dales and up into the North Pennines where we reside for the night in our Castle Hotel. Our second day sees us challenge the incredible roads of the North Pennines and up to our hand picked Hotel near Kelso. The third and final day takes us through the roads in the Northumberland National Park before heading south to our final meeting point near Kendal where we say our goodbyes. With our extensive photographic equipment we will catch your cars in the back drop of this incredible scenic route, we always include long leisurely lunches so you can spend time chatting to like minded supercar owners.

DAY 1: Yorkshire dales - North Pennines |
After spending 25 years both driving and riding these unbelievable roads. Many car reviewers have used these incredible driving roads for filming over the years (who remembers the Paddy McGuiness crash in the Lamborghini Diablo or the Jeremy Clarkson punch up with his BBC boss). These moments in television history all took place in the Yorkshire's Dales. That said, we definitely don't want any reenactments of these moments on the ADC supercar drive tours (drive safe everyone).

DAY 2: North Pennines - Northumberland |
After a hearty breakfast, we set off on a fantastic cross-country run through to the North Pennines & up in to Northumberland National Park, stopping at a few viewpoints along the way for photo opportunities. We have a nice coffee & cake Stop along the route for few more stunning photo opportunities. We then head towards our Luxury Hotel where we have our second night of relaxation with maybe a drink or two.

DAY 3: Northumberland - North Pennines - yorkshire dales |
After departing our hotel we follow our planned route for our final days drive this is considered an excellent test of car and driver, and the route has become very popular among driving enthusiasts, and one of the most talked about routes in the UK. After a final time for lunch near Penrith we say our goodbyes and head home with memories to look back on.

THE REQUIREMENTS
TO DRIVE WITH ALTITUDE DRIVERS CLUB
We accept most Supercars and Sports Cars on our tours, but some exclusions apply. For more information, speak to one of our team.
Please note that the deposit is fully refundable in the event of further COVID-19 government restrictions preventing us from travel to this area.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be able to join our trips and need to provide a copy of their drivers license to us at least 2 weeks before we set off. Each driver will be asked to sign an indemnity form also.
As part of the experience, we will share with you a Google map route link with turn by turn instructions along with a printed map on the day showing post code waypoints and stops. Although radios are not necessary for our day tours for longer trips they are essential so we do encourage participants to purchase a Mitex General professional handset to allow our lead tour drivers to communicate with each vehicle along the way.
We do insist on sensible driving but encourage this at a swift pace. Due to the nature of our tours as a group of dedicated drivers wanting the ultimate driving experience, we do not condone dangerous driving and drivers may be asked to leave the group if we find reckless behaviour that creates danger for other tour participants and road users.
We reserve the right to change any part of the route or hotel choices if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund monies paid if circumstances stop us carrying out the tour.
Altitude Drivers Club are social driving adventures organiser and NOT- guided tours, races, rallies, time trials or competitive events organiser in any way.
