The Tour
Mark and Michael, our experienced Supercar lead drivers, will guide you on this 3-day, 2-night trip, plus optional pre-hotel. This Wales Supercar Tour will be an exhilarating and picturesque adventure! Exploring the stunning landscapes of Wales, including historic castles in Snowdonia National Park, and driving across the iconic Menai Bridge, which connects Anglesey to the mainland. Immerse yourselves in Welsh culture, cuisine, and traditions as you traverse both the breathtaking island of Anglesey and the diverse landscapes of Wales. Staying in carefully selected luxury picturesque locations for an overnight stay will enhance the overall experience with fellow members, which will undoubtedly create friendships and memorable experiences.
The Driving
Snowdonia:
The roads through Snowdonia wind through breathtaking landscapes of rugged mountains, lush valleys, and picturesque lakes. Catch glimpses of Mount Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales, as you navigate through this national park.
Breacon Beacons:
The Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) are a dream for drivers — a mix of dramatic mountain passes, sweeping valleys, and quiet rural routes. Whether you’re into scenic touring, photography, or just enjoying the drive itself, the roads here are some of the most rewarding in the UK.
Lake Bala:
The drive around Lake Bala provides picturesque views of the largest natural lake in Wales. The lake is surrounded by hills and mountains, creating a scenic setting for our tour as we explore the charming villages along the lake's edge
Many car reviewers have used these incredible driving roads for filming over the years including the Evo Triangle, the back drop to the photos of your cars will be second to none on this tour. We will stop at a special venues for a long leisurely lunches so can spend time chatting to like minded supercar owners about your experience driving Wales.

Within the booking form there is also an option to stay at our pre-hotel the night before where we enjoy a group dinner to get to know your fellow companions before we depart on Friday morning.

DAY 1: Kidderminster-Cardiff |
|
Driving from Kidderminster to Cardiff can be an unforgettable journey if you take the scenic route through the heart of Wales, trading motorways for dramatic landscapes and winding mountain roads. Leaving the Worcestershire countryside, you travel west toward Leominster and Hay-on-Wye, where rolling farmland gives way to the wild beauty of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The drive along the A470 between Brecon and Merthyr Tydfil is particularly breathtaking, climbing high into open moorland with sweeping views of Pen y Fan and glistening reservoirs below. Continuing south, the road descends through lush valleys and forested hills before reaching the vibrant city of Cardiff, where your journey concludes in style at your five-star vineyard hotel, surrounded by serene countryside, fine wine, and a well-earned sense of arrival.

DAY 2: Cardiff - North Wales |

Our second day’s supercar route begins with a thrilling departure from our hotel, climbing into the sweeping mountain roads of the Brecon Beacons, where long, flowing bends and dramatic scenery make for an exhilarating drive. Heading north, the route winds through open moorland and charming Welsh villages before descending toward the serene waters of Lake Bala, a stunning spot surrounded by rugged hills and mirror-still reflections. From there, we continue to our elegant lunch stop at Palé Hall, a grand country house renowned for its fine dining and tranquil setting. After lunch, the adventure continues through the breathtaking landscapes of Snowdonia National Park, following a mix of fast, scenic A-roads and twisty mountain passes that showcase some of Wales’s most spectacular driving. As the day draws to a close, we make our way to our luxury hotel on the North Welsh border, where a well-deserved evening of relaxation awaits after an unforgettable day behind the wheel.

DAY 3: North Wales - Evo triangle |

Your final drive from north Welsh borders across to **Snowdon**, and on to the legendary **Evo Triangle** will be the perfect grand finale to your weekend of exploring the incredible roads of Wales.
Crossing over **Snowdon**, the drive will offer breathtaking views of **Snowdonia National Park**, with its towering mountains and winding roads providing an exhilarating driving experience. As you head south from Snowdonia, the winding mountain roads will test your driving skills, with every turn revealing new vistas of rugged terrain and lush valleys. Finally, you’ll enter the **Evo Triangle**, a renowned stretch of road that has become a must-drive for car enthusiasts. This triangle of tarmac, connecting the A5, A543, and B4501, offers thrilling twists, turns, and open stretches perfect for putting your vehicle to the test. The roads here are a true driver’s paradise, with varied terrains that range from fast, sweeping curves to more technical corners. As you navigate the Evo Triangle, you’ll experience the ultimate culmination of your Welsh road adventure, with one last blast of adrenaline before you conclude your incredible weekend of driving the beautiful, challenging, and scenic roads of Wales. |

THE REQUIREMENTS
TO DRIVE WITH ALTITUDE DRIVERS CLUB
We accept most Supercars and Sports Cars on our tours, but some exclusions apply. For more information, speak to one of our team.
Please note that the deposit is fully refundable in the event of further COVID-19 government restrictions preventing us from travel to this area.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be able to join our trips and need to provide a copy of their drivers license to us at least 2 weeks before we set off. Each driver will be asked to sign an indemnity form also.
As part of the experience, we will share with you a Google map route link with turn by turn instructions along with a printed map on the day showing post code waypoints and stops. Although radios are not necessary for our day tours for longer trips they are essential so we do encourage participants to purchase a Mitex General professional handset to allow our lead tour drivers to communicate with each vehicle along the way.
We do insist on sensible driving but encourage this at a swift pace. Due to the nature of our tours as a group of dedicated drivers wanting the ultimate driving experience, we do not condone dangerous driving and drivers may be asked to leave the group if we find reckless behaviour that creates danger for other tour participants and road users.
We reserve the right to change any part of the route or hotel choices if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund monies paid if circumstances stop us carrying out the tour.
Altitude Drivers Club are social driving adventures organiser and NOT- guided tours, races, rallies, time trials or competitive events organiser in any way.
