Embark on a meticulously designed luxury 5-day tour which seamlessly blends social engagement with driving exhilaration. Picture yourself winding through picturesque routes, each curve revealing a new facet of the Highlands' natural wonders. As our journey unfolds, we'll venture into the mythical landscapes of the Isle of Skye, a place of ethereal beauty with its dramatic cliffs, serene lochs, and otherworldly landscapes. The Isle of Skye is renowned for its fairy-tale-like scenery, including iconic landmarks like the Old Man of Storr and the Quiraing.
Adding another layer of enchantment to your adventure, we'll explore the grandeur of the Cairngorm mountains. This region boasts some of Scotland's highest peaks, vast landscapes, and thriving wildlife.
The Tour
This thrilling 5-day, 4-night journey led by our seasoned Supercar lead drivers, Mark and Michael. Join a select group of 20 fellow Supercar owners for an exclusive tour dedicated to exploring some of the most coveted driving roads the Highlands has to offer. Our route includes the iconic Old Military Road, the enchanting Isle of Skye, and the majestic Cairngorm Mountains.
Altitude Drivers Club boasts extensive experience in the Highlands, and our routes are carefully modified from those taken by other clubs, ensuring you encounter the most thrilling driving roads suited for the caliber of supercars on our tours. We take pride in leading our tours in our personally owned supercars, ensuring an equal pace across the group. Join us for a journey that promises not only the thrill of high-performance driving but also an immersive exploration of the breathtaking landscapes that define the Highlands, including the Isle of Skye and Cairngorm Mountains.
The Driving Route
Our exhilarating Supercar tour, commencing at our optional country house pre-hotel near Newcastle upon Tyne. This extraordinary adventure spans approximately 1,000 miles.
Day 1: Kicks off by heading north into the breathtaking Cairngorm mountain range, passing by the iconic Balmoral Castle. Traverse exceptional driving roads leading to our hotel nestled on the edge of the Cairngorm mountains, promising a captivating start to our grand tour.
Day 2: Is dedicated to exploring the best driving routes in the Cairngorms, culminating in an evening at our hotel in Pitlochry. Here, participants can relish the thrill of the day's accomplishments and share stories of the remarkable roads conquered.
Day 3: Unfolds with a mesmerizing journey to the Isle of Skye, showcasing the island's famous landmarks and culminating in a stay at our luxurious hotel in Portree.
Day 4: We delve deeper into the wonders of the Isle of Skye, creating lasting memories against its stunning backdrop, before venturing towards our next destination at Loch Fyne.
Day 5: Final day unfolds with a scenic route leading to the picturesque Loch Lomond, providing a fitting finale to our incredible journey before bidding farewell to newfound friends.

THE REQUIREMENTS
TO DRIVE WITH ALTITUDE DRIVERS CLUB
We accept most Supercars and Sports Cars on our tours, but some exclusions apply. For more information, speak to one of our team.
We only require a 20% deposit to reserve your booking and the balance isn't due until 8 weeks prior to departure. The balance can be split into monthly payments with final payment 8 weeks before the tour if you'd prefer to pay for your Supercar road trip that way. Please note that the deposit is fully refundable in the event of further COVID-19 government restrictions preventing us from travel to this area.
Drivers must be a minimum of 21 years of age to be able to join our trips and need to provide a copy of their drivers license to us at least 2 weeks before we set off. Each driver will be asked to sign an indemnity form also.
As part of the experience, we will share with you a Google map route link with turn by turn instructions along with a printed map on the day showing post code waypoints and stops. Participants will be asked to purchase a Mitex General professional handset or one of our compatible radios to allow our lead tour drivers to communicate with each vehicle along the way. We do insist on sensible driving but encourage this at a swift pace. Due to the nature of our tours as a group of dedicated drivers wanting the ultimate driving experience, we do not condone dangerous driving and drivers may be asked to leave the group if we find reckless behaviour that creates danger for other tour participants and road users.
We reserve the right to change any part of the route or hotel choices if unforeseen problems arise. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour and refund monies paid if circumstances stop us carrying out the tour.
